Cuisine sicilienne"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sur le blog, j\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 publi\u00e9 quelques recettes typiques de Sicile, mais ces <strong>p\u00e2tes aux sardines<\/strong>\u2026 c\u2019est carr\u00e9ment de la RECETTE, en majuscules.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de ma derni\u00e8re visite \u00e0 <strong>Catane<\/strong>, la capitale de l\u2019\u00eele, apr\u00e8s une promenade j\u2019ai fini dans un petit restaurant g\u00e9r\u00e9 par une m\u00e8re (dans la cuisine) et sa fille (dans la salle). Nous \u00e9tions un groupe assez important et nous sommes arriv\u00e9s au dernier moment. On a \u00e9t\u00e9 chanceux, elles nous ont quand m\u00eame pris.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019\u00e9tait l\u00e0 que j\u2019ai essay\u00e9 ce plat de <strong>p\u00e2tes aux sardines<\/strong> par la premi\u00e8re fois. La m\u00e8re \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s sympa, la fille aussi, elle est venue \u00e0 la fin du repas parler avec nous. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que nous \u00e9tions les derniers clients du service, le resto \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 vide. Nous avons eu une agr\u00e9able conversation, surtout pour lui faire de compliments sur la qualit\u00e9 de sa cuisine. Tout \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bon. En Italie, on le trouve facilement, mais pas en France. Faire revenir \u00e0 feu moyen doux pendant 6 \u00e0 7 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019oignon soit tendre. Les anchois vont compl\u00e8tement fondre pendant la cuisson.
