C\u2019est le <b>fromage \u00e0 la tomate et basilic.<\/b> J\u2019aime bien le moment ap\u00e9ritif ; \u00a0j\u2019ai beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 offrir des grignotages faites par moi m\u00eame plus loin des simples pr\u00e9parations conditionn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire cette recette il faut tout simplement de assaisonner des d\u00e9s de fromage \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, tomate et basilic. Voil\u00e0. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s facile et le r\u00e9sultat est super bon. On pique un avec un cure dent et 2 secondes apr\u00e8s, la saveur \u00e9clate en bouche. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable que soit un fromage \u00e0 p\u00e2te dure pour bien le couper.<\/li>\n<li>Personnellement, je le trouve tr\u00e8s bon avec un <b>fromage de brebis basque<\/b> (ou m\u00e9lange vache brebis), mais un emmental ou comt\u00e9 fera l\u2019affaire aussi.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez utiliser les \u00e9pices que vous aimez, je le fais habituellement avec de la tomate et du basilic.
