Des p\u00e2tes ! Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, des <strong>penne au thon<\/strong>. Je suis content de vous pr\u00e9senter cette recette. Dans ma famille, on a beaucoup mang\u00e9 des <strong>p\u00e2tes au thon<\/strong>. Principalement de deux types, des <strong>spaghettis<\/strong> et des <strong>penne<\/strong>. Les premi\u00e8res parce que c\u2019\u00e9tait les p\u00e2tes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es de ma s\u0153ur et les derni\u00e8res parce c\u2019\u00e9tait mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es. La sauce on la fera enti\u00e8rement maison et on ajoutera des poivrons parce que j\u2019aime beaucoup la fa\u00e7on dont ils se combinent avec le thon. Ce que je fais, c\u2019est d\u2019utiliser 3 petites bo\u00eetes, 2 bo\u00eetes si elles sont un peu plus grandes ou 2 petits bocaux en verre, pour 4 personnes.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous utilisez un <strong>thon en conserve \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/strong>, vous pouvez r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer cette huile pour faire la sauce.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les poivrons sont facultatifs<\/strong>, j\u2019aime bien le go\u00fbt du thon aux poivrons, mais je laisse le choix de l\u2019utiliser.<\/li>\n<li>Au lieu de l\u2019origan pour faire la <strong>sauce tomate<\/strong>, vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser du basilic frais ou s\u00e9ch\u00e9 ou m\u00eame un bouquet garni.<\/li>\n<li>On fait cuire les p\u00e2tes dans l\u2019eau 1 minute de moins qu\u2019indiqu\u00e9 pour ensuite <strong>terminer la cuisson dans la po\u00eale<\/strong> avec la sauce tomate.<\/li>\n<li>Sur le blog, vous trouverez plus de <strong>recettes de penne<\/strong>.
