Si elle est trop s\u00e8che, vous pouvez ajouter 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de lait.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 20 minutes ou mieux 2 heures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><strong>Cuire la base du g\u00e2teau :<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 175 \u00b0 C.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Sortir la p\u00e2te du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et laisser reposer 5 min.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saupoudrer de farine la surface de travail.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">P\u00e9trir pendant 30 secondes, puis l\u2019\u00e9taler avec un rouleau. On doit faire un cercle assez large pour couvrir le moule. Veiller \u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit bien farin\u00e9e des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s pour qu\u2019elle ne colle pas \u00e0 la surface du plan de travail ni au rouleau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Foncer le moule avec la p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 sur la p\u00e2te et la remplir de billes de cuisson ou des l\u00e9gumes secs.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur environ 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer du four, sortir les billes et enlever la feuille de papier. Enfourner \u00e0 nouveau 5 \u00e0 10 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit dor\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la garniture :<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pendant que la p\u00e2te cuit au four, mettre dans une casserole la cr\u00e8me liquide avec les pralines roses.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen doux ou \u00e0 petit fr\u00e9missement pendant environ 30 minutes apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but d\u2019\u00e9bullition.
