Cuisine catalane"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Je viens de passer quelques jours chez ma grand-m\u00e8re \u00e0 Barcelone et, bien s\u00fbr, j\u2019en ai profit\u00e9 pour go\u00fbter quelques recettes typiques de la r\u00e9gion. Cette fois, on a fait une <strong>escalivada<\/strong> pour l\u2019un des <strong>repas en famille<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>escalivada<\/strong> est un plat de <strong>l\u00e9gumes r\u00f4tis au four<\/strong>. Habituellement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec des poivrons rouges, des aubergines et des oignons. Ce m\u00e9lange est d\u00e9licieux et, en plus, c\u2019est un plat faible en calories. Par exemple, une cocotte minute, car on peut la fermer herm\u00e9tiquement. Si souhait\u00e9, on peut retirer les graines du poivron.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper l\u2019oignon en lani\u00e8res avec un couteau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">D\u00e9chirer la chair des poivrons grill\u00e9s et des aubergines \u00e0 la main pour faire des lani\u00e8res.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement, puis garder au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu\u2019au moment de servir.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Et voil\u00e0. Laisser chaque convive assaisonner sa part d\u2019escalivada avec un peu de fleur de sel et de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive extra-vierge. Pour la stocker dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, utilisez un r\u00e9cipient avec couvercle.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez accompagner avec du <strong>pain grill\u00e9 frott\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ail et \u00e0 la tomate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>La qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive est essentielle. Si vous ne disposez pas de cocotte minute, vous pouvez utiliser une cocotte classique avec couvercle ou \u00e9ventuellement un sac de cong\u00e9lation avec fermeture herm\u00e9tique (adapt\u00e9 pour les aliments chauds).<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement combiner les l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s avec un peu de <strong>morue dessal\u00e9e<\/strong> ou vous pouvez faire une <strong>salade d\u2019escalivada<\/strong> combin\u00e9e avec du thon en conserve \u00e9miett\u00e9, des d\u00e9s de pommes de terre cuites et des \u0153ufs durs.
