On va faire ce fumet avec les t\u00eates et les carapaces des crevettes. C\u2019est une sorte de poivron s\u00e9ch\u00e9 tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9 dans la cuisine du Levant espagnol. V\u00e9rifier la quantit\u00e9 exacte recommand\u00e9e par le fabricant.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enlever l\u2019intestin des crevettes d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es. Pour cela, on peut tirer avec des pinces, ou faire une incision dans le dos.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9plucher les gousses d\u2019ail, enlever leur germe et les hacher finement ou les \u00e9craser avec un presse-ail.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9goutter la \u00f1ora, enlever la tige et les graines, puis gratter avec une cuill\u00e8re la chair du poivron.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale large ou po\u00eale \u00e0 paella, faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et d\u00e8s qu\u2019elle est chaude, faire colorer les crevettes des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s (de 1 \u00e0 2 minutes sur chaque face suffit).
