Le plus souvent \u00e9pic\u00e9e. On va faire mariner le poulet avec tous les ingr\u00e9dients. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Peler les oignons et les \u00e9mincer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9plucher les gousses d\u2019ail et les hacher tr\u00e8s fin ou les \u00e9craser avec un presse-ail presse d\u2019ail ou dans un mortier.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Presser les citrons et r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Si l\u2019on veut une touche \u00e9pic\u00e9e, rincer sous l\u2019eau le piment antillais, enlever la tige et les graines et le hacher finement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer l\u2019oignon avec le jus de citron, la moutarde, l\u2019ail et \u00e9ventuellement le piment. Saler et poivrer selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le poulet et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser mariner au frais jusqu\u2019au lendemain.
