Celle-ci, \u00e7a va \u00eatre la premi\u00e8re d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de recettes similaires que j\u2019aime bien. Pour commencer, je vous pr\u00e9sente ces <strong>\u0153ufs brouill\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ail tendre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sans doute, il s\u2019agit de l\u2019une des pr\u00e9parations les plus populaires dans mon pays, l&rsquo;Espagne, pour cuisiner l\u2019<strong>ail tendre<\/strong> et c\u2019est souvent propos\u00e9 dans la formule du jour dans les restaurants et brasseries. La premi\u00e8re est de <strong>faire blanchir l\u2019ail<\/strong> (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire, le plonger dans l\u2019eau bouillante un petit moment). \u00c7a sert \u00e0 le ramollir pour une obtenir une texture encore plus tendre. La deuxi\u00e8me est de <strong>m\u00e9langer l\u2019\u0153uf constamment<\/strong> une fois qu\u2019on l\u2019a ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 la po\u00eale et stopper la cuisson d\u00e8s qu\u2019il est un peu caill\u00e9 avec une texture l\u00e9g\u00e8rement baveuse.
