Une pr\u00e9paration que on pourrait appeler la version japonaise des nuggets de poulet. Il s&rsquo;agit de quelques morceaux de poulet marin\u00e9s dans de la sauce soja, du sak\u00e9, de l&rsquo;ail et du gingembre, frits. C&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux ! Le <strong><em>tori no karaage<\/em><\/strong>, comment on dit, est un plat assez r\u00e9pandue au Japon, qui a m\u00eame sa propre association, <a title=\"Japan Karaage association\" href=\"http:\/\/www.karaage.ne.jp\/\"><em>la karaage association<\/em><\/a>. Il est tr\u00e8s souvent dans les \u00ab\u00a0<em>bento<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, le repas qu&rsquo;on am\u00e8ne \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole ou au travail, parce que m\u00eame froid c&rsquo;est toujours d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert le tori no karaage lors d&rsquo;un cours de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gastromaniacblog.com\/p\/nuestros-cursos.html\">sushi pour les nuls<\/a> donn\u00e9 par <a title=\"Gastromaniac\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gastromaniacblog.com\">Gastromaniac<\/a>, o\u00f9 on a fait le tori no karaage sous la forme de maki, les rouleaux de sushi. Server-les avec de la salade, un peu de mayonnaise et\/ou une tranche de citron jaune ou vert.
