En outre, cette recette est tr\u00e8s utile comme astuce anti-gaspillage parce que l\u2019on va utiliser les <strong>t\u00eates et les carapaces des crevettes<\/strong>, r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es, apr\u00e8s les avoir d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es pour faire un <a href=\"http:\/\/jesuisuncuisinier.fr\/fr\/2014\/11\/cocktail-aux-crevettes.html\"><strong>cocktail de crevettes<\/strong><\/a> par exemple. Si elles sont petites, il faut mieux en utiliser de 10 \u00e0 12.<\/li>\n<li>Ce bouillon ne contient pas de sel, de sorte que vous pouvez ajuster la tenue en sel en fonction de la recette que vous pr\u00e9parez.<\/li>\n<li>Essayez ce bouillon de crevettes pour pr\u00e9parer une paella aux fruits de mer. C\u2019est d\u00e9licieux !<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7a se conserve de deux \u00e0 trois mois au cong\u00e9lateur. Vous pouvez garder le tout ensemble ou dans des petits conteneurs.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez ajouter 1 bouquet garni, ainsi que d\u2019autres l\u00e9gumes tels que 1 oignon, 1 petite carotte ou un poireau. On les coupe en petits morceaux et on les fait revenir dans l\u2019huile, juste avant d\u2019ajouter les crevettes. Cependant, sans le bouquet garni et sans l\u00e9gumes c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pas mal et en plus c\u2019est rapide.<\/li>\n<li>Sur le blog, vous trouverez plus de <strong>recettes avec des crevettes<\/strong>.
