Pour venir chez mes parents depuis Grenoble il faut faire plus de 1 500 bornes. \u00c7a veut dire que j&rsquo;ai voyag\u00e9 pendant toute une matin\u00e9e et il a fallu que je prenne presque touts les types de transports existants: navette, avion, m\u00e9tro, train et voiture. Mais, \u00e7a en a valu la peine. La meilleure chose de f\u00eater ton anniversaire chez tes parents est pouvoir r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l&rsquo;une des meilleures questions qu&rsquo;ont peut nous poser: \u00ab\u00a0Tu veux qu&rsquo;on mange quoi pour ton anniversaire ?\u00a0\u00bb \u00c0 ce moment l\u00e0, tu te sens le roi, ce qui a le droit de choisir tout les repas pour la famille pendant cette journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Lors que mes parent m&rsquo;ont pos\u00e9 cette question l\u00e0, j&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9vu la r\u00e9ponse. J&rsquo;ai envie des migas ! Les migas ou plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les migas d&rsquo;Estr\u00e9madure, car il y a plusieurs faisons de les faire, est un plat de campagne a base du pain coup\u00e9 en b\u00e2tons tr\u00e8s fins qu&rsquo;on fait revenir a la po\u00eale avec de l&rsquo;ail et huile d&rsquo;olive en ajoutant de l&rsquo;eau petit a petit pour le donner une consistance spongieuse. Dans ma r\u00e9gion en Espagne, on les mange toujours avec d&rsquo;accompagnements. Il y a tr\u00e8s souvent de la tortilla espagnole, du chorizo, du porc (travers, poitrine, \u00e9chine,&#8230;), de manchons de poulet, poivrons frits ou grill\u00e9s, et du poisson comme les sardines ou la morue.
