Je ne l\u2019avais pas encore essay\u00e9, mais cette ann\u00e9e mon ami \u00e0 qui j\u2019ach\u00e8te les l\u00e9gumes me l\u2019avait mis dans un panier. Pour le go\u00fbter, j\u2019ai fait ce <strong>gratin de rutabaga<\/strong> style finlandais\u00a0: le <strong><em>lanttulaatikko<\/em><\/strong>. Il faut dire que depuis que j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert le rutabaga je lui en ai souvent repris. Dans la cocotte minute, \u00e7a prend environ 5 minutes. Dans l\u2019eau plus temps en fonction de la taille des morceaux. Cependant, le test peut \u00eatre fait comme avec les pommes de terre. Piquer avec un couteau et voir s\u2019il est tendre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9craser le rutabaga avec un presse-pur\u00e9e ou un moulin \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 175\u00a0\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">M\u00e9langer la pur\u00e9e de rutabaga avec l\u2019\u0153uf, la cr\u00e8me, le gingembre r\u00e2p\u00e9, une pinc\u00e9e de noix de muscade et \u00e9ventuellement la m\u00e9lasse ou le miel. Saler et poivrer selon votre go\u00fbt.
