La <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/jesuisuncuisinier.fr\/fr\/2012\/03\/tartiflette.html\">tartiflette<\/a><\/strong> est le plat embl\u00e9matique des skieurs, et aujourd\u2019hui je vous propose la <strong>croziflette<\/strong>, dans le m\u00eame esprit, mais faite avec des <strong>crozets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u2019est quoi les crozets\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas encore les <strong>crozets<\/strong>, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une <strong>p\u00e2te carr\u00e9e typique de la r\u00e9gion alpine de Savoie<\/strong>. Selon les historiens, elle date du 17e si\u00e8cle et son nom veut dire \u00ab\u00a0petits\u00a0\u00bb dans l\u2019ancien dialecte de la r\u00e9gion. \u00c0 cette \u00e9poque, c\u2019\u00e9tait les p\u00e2tes des pauvres. Aujourd\u2019hui, ils se sont tout \u00e0 fait popularis\u00e9s et on les sert m\u00eame dans de nombreux restaurants.
