Utilisez un \u00e9conome ou un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9 pour faciliter la t\u00e2che. Ils ont une forme tr\u00e8s irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re et peuvent \u00eatre un peu difficiles \u00e0 peler.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper les topinambours en cubes et les garder \u00e0 nouveau dans l\u2019eau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Fendre les blancs de poireau et les rincer soigneusement sous l\u2019eau courante. Faire attention, car ils peuvent \u00eatre sales entre les feuilles. On peut garder le vert pour une autre pr\u00e9paration.
