Et c\u2019est tr\u00e8s bon. Le go\u00fbt de la bi\u00e8re dans la p\u00e2te est tout fait remarquable, donc si vous \u00eates \u00ab\u00a0fans\u00a0\u00bb de cette boisson, je vous recommande fortement de l\u2019essayer. Pour ce faire, on m\u00e9lange tous les ingr\u00e9dients, sauf la farine, puis on incorpore cette derni\u00e8re progressivement. Ensuite, on roule le poisson dans la farine, puis dans la p\u00e2te et on le fait frire. N\u2019est-ce pas facile\u00a0? D\u2019autre part, on fait des frites. Un peu plus \u00e9paisse que la p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes. Un test simple est de voir qu\u2019elle coule toujours de la cuill\u00e8re. Selon le type de farine, on peut en avoir plus ou moins besoin. La quantit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre suffisante pour couvrir au moins la moiti\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces de poisson.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">S\u00e9cher le cabillaud et couper chaque filet en deux ou trois bandes. Assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre.
