A l\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 mes parents travaillaient dans leur propre ferme. On avait l\u2019habitude de passer le week-end dans la maison de campagne et ma m\u00e8re nous faisait des <strong>pop-corn au caramel<\/strong> pour le go\u00fbter presque tous les samedis pour grignoter pendant que ma petite s\u0153ur et moi, nous regardions la t\u00e9l\u00e9. Pour faire du pop-corn, c\u2019est vrai que la meilleure fa\u00e7on est d\u2019utiliser une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.expondo.fr\/royal-catering-machine-a-popcorn-noire-1086\"><strong>machine \u00e0 pop-corn professionnelle<\/strong><\/a>, car d\u00e8s que les ma\u00efs \u00e9clatent, ils tombent dans le bac. \u00c0 la maison, on peut le faire tout simplement avec un <strong>faitout<\/strong>, mais il faut \u00eatre vigilant, car <strong>on risque de les br\u00fbler<\/strong>. Sinon, une petite machine \u00e0 pop-corn \u00e0 air chaud fera l\u2019affaire. De plus, ces derni\u00e8res n\u2019ont pas besoin de mati\u00e8re grasse, n\u00e9anmoins le go\u00fbt n\u2019est pas pareil. D\u2019autre part, <strong>le caramel maison n\u2019est pas compliqu\u00e9<\/strong> non plus. Pour cela, on fait chauffer l\u2019huile dans le faitout. Quand elle est bien chaude, on ajoute le ma\u00efs et on place le couvercle. D\u00e8s qu\u2019on entend les premiers pop-corn \u00e9clater, on baisse le feu et on attend que la f\u00eate commence&#8230; D\u00e8s que les \u00e9clats sont de plus en plus rares, on arr\u00eate le feu et on attend encore de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes avant d\u2019enlever le couvercle.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><strong>Ensuite, on pr\u00e9pare le caramel.<\/strong> On met dans une casserole assez large le sucre, le beurre et la pinc\u00e9e de sel. Et on attend jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit fondu. Il ne faut pas remuer le sucre avec une spatule ou une cuill\u00e8re, car on risque de le faire cristalliser. Quand il est fondu, on fait des mouvements circulaires avec la casserole pour dissoudre les restes de sucre dans le caramel. C\u2019est tout. D\u00e8s que le sucre est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement brun, on arr\u00eate la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><strong>Caram\u00e9liser les pop-corn.<\/strong> On met les pop-corn dans un saladier et on ajoute le caramel petit \u00e0 petit, en m\u00eame temps on remue les pop-corn avec une spatule pour bien les enrober de caramel. Rapidement, on dispose les pop-corn sur la plaque de four ou un autre plat assez large et on laisse s\u00e9cher le caramel. Finalement, on s\u00e9pare les \u00e9ventuels pop-corn coll\u00e9s les uns aux autres.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Et voil\u00e0\u00a0! C\u2019est pr\u00eat\u00a0!
