Remuer et laisser bouillir \u00e0 nouveau. Il devrait \u00e9paissir et ressembler \u00e0 une b\u00e9chamel l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Si ce n\u2019est pas assez \u00e9pais, ajouter un peu plus de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs dilu\u00e9e dans un peu de lait froid ou de l\u2019eau.
