C\u2019est un <strong>houmous de betterave<\/strong>. On peut le prendre comme plat accompagn\u00e9 de pain pita et une bonne salade ou vous pouvez le mettre au milieu de la table pour un ap\u00e9ritif dinatoire et le d\u00e9corer accompagn\u00e9 de b\u00e2tonnets de carotte. Vous pouvez laisser des pois chiches en morceaux. Servir d\u00e9cor\u00e9 avec un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et servi avec du pain pita, tranches de pain grill\u00e9, ou des b\u00e2tonnets de carotte ou m\u00eame de concombre. Remplir d\u2019eau 1 doigt au-dessus et saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Les faire les cuire \u00e0 feu moyen au moins 45 minutes apr\u00e8s que l\u2019autocuiseur commence \u00e0 siffler ou le double de temps au moins dans une cocotte classique. Ce que je fais habituellement est une fois le temps pass\u00e9, je laisse l\u2019autocuiseur perdre sa pression, puis je v\u00e9rifie si les pois chiches sont tendres. S\u2019ils sont encore un peu durs, je les fais cuire un peu plus longtemps.<\/li>\n<li>Comment faire cuire la betterave\u00a0? On fait cuire les betteraves comme les pommes de terre, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire, on les met dans de l\u2019eau froide sal\u00e9e sans enlever la peau, puis on porte \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et apr\u00e8s 20 minutes on pique avec un couteau pour voir si elles sont tendres. Si oui, on les \u00e9goutte et on les laisse refroidir avant de les peler. Sinon, on poursuit la cuisson et on refait le test.<\/li>\n<li>On m\u2019a donn\u00e9 ce conseil, mais je ne l\u2019ai jamais essay\u00e9.
