Couper en petits morceaux et assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9plucher les gousses d\u2019ail et enlever leur germe. Les ciseler tr\u00e8s fin. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Peler l\u2019oignon et le ciseler le plus finement possible.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une grande sauteuse, faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter l\u2019oignon et faire revenir environ 7 \u00e0 8 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen doux, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit tendre. Remuer de temps en temps pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019il br\u00fble.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite, ajouter l\u2019ail et bien m\u00e9langer avec l\u2019oignon. Faire revenir de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Incorporer les \u00e9pinards dans la sauteuse et faire cuire quelques minutes en remuant de temps en temps jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019eau soit presque compl\u00e8tement \u00e9vapor\u00e9e. Saler et poivrer les \u00e9pinards selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Maintenant, ajouter le saumon et faire sauter tout en remuant le tout quelques minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que tous les morceaux de saumon changent de couleur. Donnez-leur une seconde chance\u00a0!<\/li>\n<li>Si vous aimez, vous pouvez faire revenir avec l\u2019ail avec une pointe de piment d\u2019Espelette ou du piment de Cayenne.<\/li>\n<li>Pour donner un peu d\u2019onctuosit\u00e9, vous pouvez ajouter un peu de cr\u00e8me aux \u00e9pinards ou, pour rester dans le c\u00f4t\u00e9 l\u00e9ger, un demi-verre de lait dans lequel on a fait dissoudre une demi-cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs ou de ma\u00efzena.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez utiliser du <strong>saumon fum\u00e9<\/strong>, dans ce cas, 200\u00a0g suffiront.<\/li>\n<li>On peut \u00e9galement utiliser des <strong>\u00e9pinards congel\u00e9s<\/strong> pour pr\u00e9parer ce plat.
