Si elles sont petites, on peut les laisser enti\u00e8res. Dans ce cas, on fait un croisillon sur le corps. Si elles sont grosses, on peut s\u00e9parer les tentacules et couper le corps en morceaux de la taille d\u2019une bouch\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans un petit saladier, r\u00e9unir les 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, la demi-cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de paprika doux, et la cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019herbes de Provence. Bien m\u00e9langer et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pour faire la seiche \u00e0 la plancha, il faut la faire en deux \u00e9tapes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Premi\u00e8rement, on met \u00e0 chauffer la plancha sans mati\u00e8re grasse. Si vous n\u2019avez pas de plancha, une grande po\u00eale ou un grill suffira (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence en fonte). D\u00e8s qu\u2019elle est bien chaude, faire griller les seiches 30 secondes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou 1 minute en remuant quelques fois si on les fait en morceaux. Cette \u00e9tape sert \u00e0 faire partir l\u2019eau de la seiche. Vous verrez qu\u2019elle en rend beaucoup. R\u00e9server la seiche sur une assiette, puis rincer la plancha, car l\u2019eau va s\u2019\u00e9vaporer et laissera pas mal de traces.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite, on graisse la plancha avec un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et on fait chauffer \u00e0 nouveau. D\u00e8s qu\u2019elle est chaude, on remet la seiche et on fait griller cette fois un peu plus. De 1 \u00e0 1,5 minute de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 selon la taille ou 3 minutes en remuant si elles sont en morceaux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Finalement, badigeonner ou m\u00e9langer la seiche avec la pr\u00e9paration d\u2019huile, paprika et herbes de Provence faite tout au d\u00e9but.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Et voil\u00e0, c\u2019est pr\u00eat\u00a0! Cependant, comme je l\u2019ai mentionn\u00e9 auparavant, pour de grosses seiches, c\u2019est beaucoup plus pratique de les couper en morceaux.<\/li>\n<li>Cette seiche \u00e0 la plancha au paprika et herbes de Provence peut s\u2019accompagner d\u2019une bonne salade pour faire un plat. Coup\u00e9 en morceaux et servie avec des piques, c\u2019est une bonne option pour un <strong>ap\u00e9ro d\u00eenatoire<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><span>Comment faire cuire la seiche pour qu&rsquo;elle soit tendre ?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Pour que la seiche soit tendre et pas caoutchouteuse, il est primordial de <strong>la faire griller en deux fois<\/strong>. La premi\u00e8re sert \u00e0 \u00e9liminer l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019eau qui emp\u00eacherait la seiche de griller et donc resterait dure. Il faut \u00e9galement bien respecter le temps de cuisson, car un exc\u00e8s de cuisson rend la seiche dure.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 la place des herbes de Provence, on peut utiliser du thym et du romarin comme \u00e9pices.
