Il y a quelques semaines, j\u2019\u00e9tais en train de faire une pa\u00eblla au porc, j\u2019ai ouvert le frigo pour prendre quelque chose et j\u2019ai vu qu\u2019il avait des \u00e9pinards frais qui me regardaient. Je les ai pris dans ma main et ils ont fini dans la po\u00eale. Et voil\u00e0\u2026 <strong>\u00c7a s\u2019est pass\u00e9 aussi simplement que \u00e7a.<\/strong> Parfois, on a pas besoin de plus que d\u2019ouvrir le frigo et regarder \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur pour donner une petite nouveaut\u00e9 \u00e0 une recette. Je suis surpris du r\u00e9sultat. C\u2019est pas mal du tout. Je recommande. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enlever au couteau l\u2019exc\u00e8s de graisse de la viande, puis la couper en morceaux de la taille d\u2019une bouch\u00e9e. On fait des petits morceaux pour qu\u2019ils puissent cuire en m\u00eame temps que le riz.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saler et poivrer la viande.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 pa\u00eblla ou une grande po\u00eale, faire chauffer de 2 \u00e0 3 cuiller\u00e9es d\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 feu moyen et d\u00e8s qu\u2019elle est chaude, faire roussir le porc de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enlever le porc de la po\u00eale et dans la m\u00eame huile, faire revenir le poivron \u00e0 feu moyen doux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres. Cela peut prendre environ 6 \u00e0 7 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter l\u2019ail. Bien m\u00e9langer et faire revenir de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de plus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">R\u00e9incorporer la viande dans la po\u00eale avec tout le jus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Verser le coulis de tomates.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la tomate ait perdu l\u2019eau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Mesurer le volume de bouillon. Normalement il doit \u00eatre de 2 \u00e0 2,5 fois le volume du riz. S\u2019il s\u2019agit de riz sp\u00e9cifique pour la pa\u00eblla, assez souvent on trouve cette indication sur le paquet.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le bouillon et d\u00e8s qu\u2019il commence \u00e0 bouillir ajouter le riz en pluie, le persil, le laurier et une pinc\u00e9e de curcuma ou de colorant alimentaire.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Avec un mortier, \u00e9craser le safran avec un peu de bouillon chaud, pour lib\u00e9rer sa saveur et le mettre dans la casserole.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen \u00e9lev\u00e9 environ 10 minutes, puis ajouter les \u00e9pinards et faire cuire \u00e0 feu moyen doux 10 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le riz soit cuit selon votre go\u00fbt.
