M\u00e9langez bien avec les mains pour que les pommes de terre soient bien couvertes d\u2019huile. Les sortir du four, les remuer soigneusement et les remettre \u00e0 plat \u00e0 nouveau. Enfourner 5 minutes de plus. Si vous voulez, vous pouvez les faire cuire avec les pommes de terre au four.<\/li>\n<li>(****) La r\u00e8gle est 20 minutes pour 1\u00a0kg de poisson et 10 minutes pour chaque kilo suppl\u00e9mentaire. Le temps d\u00e9pendra toutefois de la temp\u00e9rature exacte de votre four. Il faut donc bien le surveiller. Le point exact est atteint lorsque l&rsquo;\u0153il du poisson devient totalement opaque et aussi sa chair se s\u00e9pare facilement de l&rsquo;ar\u00eate centrale (pour v\u00e9rifier, il suffit de soulever un peu la chair du poisson \u00e0 partir de l\u2019ouverture de l&rsquo;estomac).<\/li>\n<li>Sur le blog vous trouverez plus de <strong>recettes pour faire des poissons au four<\/strong>.
