C\u2019\u00e9tait une version facile, avec une p\u00e2te \u00e0 frire assez simple. S\u00e9parer les anneaux et \u00e9carter les parties plus dures.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire tremper les rondelles d&rsquo;oignon dans de l\u2019eau froide avec une poign\u00e9e de gla\u00e7ons. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 frire \u00e0 la bi\u00e8re\u00a0:<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients secs, la farine, la levure en poudre et une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter l&rsquo;\u0153uf battu, la bi\u00e8re et enfin l\u2019huile de tournesol. Bien m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une masse plus ou moins homog\u00e8ne (s\u2019il reste quelques grumeaux, ce n\u2019est pas grave).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser reposer le m\u00e9lange pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire frire les beignets d&rsquo;oignon\u00a0:<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9goutter et s\u00e9cher les rondelles d&rsquo;oignon avec un linge de cuisine propre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Fariner l\u2019oignon. Pour ce faire, mettre les rondelles dans une bo\u00eete, ajouter quelques cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine, fermer et bien secouer le r\u00e9cipient.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer une abondante quantit\u00e9 d\u2019huile \u00e0 170\u00a0\u00b0C dans la friteuse.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Napper quelques anneaux d\u2019oignon de p\u00e2te \u00e0 la bi\u00e8re. Puis, les prendre un par un avec une fourchette, laisser couler l\u2019exc\u00e8s de p\u00e2te et les plonger dans l\u2019huile chaude.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire dorer des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s selon votre go\u00fbt en les retournant si n\u00e9cessaire (2 \u00e0 3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 seront suffisantes, selon l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur des rondelles).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Les \u00e9goutter et les laisser sur une grille ou une assiette avec du papier absorbant pour leur fait perdre l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019huile.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">R\u00e9p\u00e9tez les \u00e9tapes ci-dessus jusqu\u2019\u00e0 terminer tout l&rsquo;oignon.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Et voil\u00e0, c\u2019est pr\u00eat\u00a0! Servir encore chaud. Assaisonnez avec un peu de sel, si souhait\u00e9. Improvisez avec un peu de thym ou de romarin, un peu de paprika doux ou fort.<\/li>\n<li>Dans cette recette, la levure chimique est facultative. Bien que la bi\u00e8re gonfle d\u00e9j\u00e0 la p\u00e2te, un peu de levure donnera une touche croustillante et moelleuse.<\/li>\n<li>Pour une bonne friture, il est important que l&rsquo;huile soit \u00e0 la bonne temp\u00e9rature, et surtout ne pas d\u00e9passer les 180\u00a0\u00b0C. Si vous utilisez la friteuse, cette \u00e9tape est tr\u00e8s simple. Dans le cas o\u00f9 vous utilisez une po\u00eale \u00e0 frire, plongez un morceau de pain (comme un crouton). L\u2019huile est \u00e0 point si le pain monte \u00e0 la surface et commence \u00e0 se dorer (mais pas trop rapidement).<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9vitez de trop charger votre friteuse. Il vaut mieux de faire frire les beignets d\u2019oignon en plusieurs fois, afin que l&rsquo;huile ne refroidisse pas.
