Voil\u00e0 un <strong>risotto aux crevettes<\/strong>. Bien presser les crevettes pour qu&rsquo;elles lib\u00e8rent tout leur jus. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00c9plucher l&rsquo;oignon, l\u2019ail et la carotte. Hacher le tout le plus finement possible. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Laver et s\u00e9cher le persil. \u00c9carter les tiges et hacher les feuilles tr\u00e8s fin.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer de 2 \u00e0 3 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Faire revenir les oignons et les carottes \u00e0 feu moyen doux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l\u2019oignon soit tendre (environ 7 ou 8 minutes). Remuer fr\u00e9quemment pour \u00e9viter que l\u2019oignon br\u00fble.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Pendant que l&rsquo;oignon cuit, faire chauffer le fumet de crevettes sans le laisser bouillir, assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre selon votre go\u00fbt et le garder \u00e0 chaud.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Incorporer l&rsquo;ail dans la po\u00eale avec les oignons. Une fois celui-ci tendre, bien m\u00e9langer et faire revenir encore de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ajouter le riz \u00e0 la po\u00eale, m\u00e9langer pour bien l\u2019enrober d\u2019huile et faire cuire quelques minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur devienne transparent.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Verser le vin blanc et laisser \u00e9vaporer l&rsquo;alcool 3 ou 4 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ajouter 1 louche de fumet de crevettes au riz et laissez \u00e9vaporer \u00e0 feu moyen vif, en remuant presque constamment.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&rsquo;\u00e9tape pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le riz soit cr\u00e9meux et cuit selon votre go\u00fbt. Le temps de cuisson est habituellement indiqu\u00e9 dans les instructions du paquet.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Go\u00fbter le riz et rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Incorporer le persil hach\u00e9 et le beurre froid coup\u00e9 en morceaux. Remuer pour faire fondre le beurre.
