C\u2019est un g\u00e2teau qui pour moi \u00e9voque beaucoup de souvenirs. Bien que les plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s soient les panellets aux pignons de pin, vous pouvez \u00e9galement trouver de nombreux autres \u00ab parfums \u00bb : aux amandes, \u00e0 la noix de coco, au caf\u00e9&#8230; Aujourd\u2019hui, je vous propose la recette pour faire les <strong>panellets au chocolat et noisette<\/strong>, utilisant cette derni\u00e8re comme base pour faire la p\u00e2te. Laisser refroidir, puis l\u2019\u00e9plucher et la passer au moulin \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes pour faire une pur\u00e9e tr\u00e8s fine.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Broyer les noisettes utilisant un robot culinaire pour faire des noisettes en poudre. Cette \u00e9tape n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 achet\u00e9 de la poudre de noisette.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Fendre en deux la gousse de vanille et gratter les graines \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur avec la pointe d\u2019un couteau (dans les deux moiti\u00e9s).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">M\u00e9langer la pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre avec le sucre, les graines de vanille et le chocolat en poudre. Puis ajouter peu \u00e0 peu la poudre de noisettes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Envelopper la p\u00e2te dans du film plastique et la laisser reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur 3 heures voir plus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 170 \u00b0 C.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Sortir la p\u00e2te du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, retirer le film plastique et la diviser en portions d\u2019environ 15 grammes. Donner une forme de boule \u00e0 chaque pi\u00e8ce.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Disposer une feuille de papier cuisson sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Rouler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement chaque boule dans la cassonade et placer au milieu une noisette en appuyant doucement pour donner une forme un peu aplatie. Transf\u00e9rer chaque panellet sur la plaque de cuisson.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Badigeonner chaque noisette avec un peu de jaune d\u2019\u0153uf battu.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Cuire au four \u00e0 mi-hauteur environ 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Sortir hors du four et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Et voil\u00e0.
