Placer la po\u00eale \u00e0 feu doux et laisser caram\u00e9liser.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">M\u00e9langer la farine avec les \u0153ufs et l&rsquo;encre dans un bol avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser la p\u00e2te reposer 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pendant que la p\u00e2te repose, dans une po\u00eale avec un peu d&rsquo;huile faire dorer le saumon.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">M\u00e9langer dans un bol le saumon avec la ricotta et la ciboulette.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Diviser la p\u00e2te en quatre parties \u00e9gales et en utilisant la machine \u00e0 p\u00e2tes (laminoir), \u00e9tirer chaque partie jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une \u00e9paisseur la plus fine possible.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper en cercles de 10 cm de diam\u00e8tre chaque feuille.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9tirer \u00e0 nouveau la p\u00e2te restante puis la couper en cercles.
