Cuisine japonaise"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, nous allons pr\u00e9parer une nouvelle recette japonaise : le <strong>saumon teriyaki<\/strong>, c\u2019est l\u2019une des fa\u00e7ons que j\u2019aime bien de faire ce poisson dans le pays du soleil levant. D\u2019ailleurs, \u00ab teriyaki\u00a0\u00bb en japonais veut dire \u201cgla\u00e7age brillant\u00a0\u00bb, ce que vous pouvez parfaitement appr\u00e9cier sur la photo accompagnant la recette. Pour cela, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce dans une casserole et la faire chauffer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit r\u00e9duite de moiti\u00e9. Veiller \u00e0 ce que la sauce ne bout pas trop. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Bien s\u00e9cher les pav\u00e9s de saumon avec du papier absorbant. V\u00e9rifier qu\u2019il ne reste pas d&rsquo;ar\u00eates.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saler et poivrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et rouler dans la farine, en donnant un coup pour enlever l\u2019exc\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Graisser une po\u00eale avec un peu d\u2019huile d&rsquo;olive et la faire chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen vif.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque la po\u00eale est chaude, placer les pav\u00e9s de saumon avec le c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau vers le bas pendant 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite, saisir les c\u00f4t\u00e9s du saumon une minute de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Finalement, faire griller la surface 2 minutes. Si vous utilisez des darnes, les faire griller 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer le saumon et ajouter \u00e0 la sauce teriyaki dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, bien remuer pour recueillir le jus de cuisson des pav\u00e9s de saumon.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque la sauce est chaude, remettre les morceaux de saumon dans la po\u00eale et bien les enrober de sauce avec une cuill\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer du feu et servir sur les assiettes. Badigeonner une derni\u00e8re fois avec un peu plus de sauce teriyaki.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Et voil\u00e0, c\u2019est pr\u00eat ! Servir imm\u00e9diatement saupoudr\u00e9 d&rsquo;un peu de graines de s\u00e9same.
