Cette \u00e9tape peut se faire facilement avec un robot culinaire.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter une demi-cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Incorporer ensuite l&rsquo;\u0153uf et p\u00e9trir un peu pour obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Former un boule, l\u2019envelopper de film plastique et laisser reposer au frais au moins 30 minutes, id\u00e9alement 2 heures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la garniture :<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enlever la peau et les ar\u00eates du saumon. Le couper en petits morceaux et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Si l\u2019on utilise des \u00e9pinards frais, les rincer \u00e0 l\u2019eau et les faire cuire \u00e0 la vapeur ou dans l\u2019eau bouillante environ 5 minutes (2 dans la l\u2019autocuiseur). S\u2019ils sont surgel\u00e9s, suivre la proc\u00e9dure marqu\u00e9e sur l&#8217;emballage.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois cuits, les \u00e9goutter et les laisser dans la passoire pour enlever le maximum d\u2019eau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Bien laver le blanc de poireau sous l\u2019eau. Faire une incision en forme de croix sur la partie la plus verte pour que l\u2019eau rentre et enlever toute la salet\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper le poireau en petits morceaux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer les 2 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une po\u00eale et faire revenir le poireau \u00e0 feu moyen doux environ 7 ou 8 minutes. Remuer fr\u00e9quemment pour qu\u2019il ne br\u00fble pas.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le saumon \u00e0 la po\u00eale et le faire revenir de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il commence \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9craser facilement. Retirer de la po\u00eale et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer \u00e0 nouveau la m\u00eame po\u00eale (pas besoin de la nettoyer).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsqu\u2019elle est chaude, faire revenir les \u00e9pinards quelques minutes pour enlever le maximum d\u2019eau. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans un grand bol, battre les 2 oeufs, les 2 jaunes, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et le lait.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saler et poivrer selon votre go\u00fbt et ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de noix de muscade.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Incorporer l\u2019emmental, le saumon et les \u00e9pinards. Bien m\u00e9langer et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><strong>Cuisson de la quiche saumon \u00e9pinard :<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 175 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Beurrer et fariner un moule \u00e0 tarte de 24 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Sortir la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et enlever le film plastique.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Fariner la surface de travail.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">P\u00e9trir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, puis \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l\u2019aide du rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 former un cercle de p\u00e2te suffisant pour couvrir le moule. Fariner la surface \u00e0 plusieurs reprises.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer la p\u00e2te dans le moule. Bien appuyer bien les bords pour qu\u2019elle attache fermement. Couper l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dent de p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer une feuille papier sulfuris\u00e9 dans le moule et remplissez avec des l\u00e9gumes secs ou des billes de cuisson pour l&#8217;emp\u00eacher de gonfler.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur environ 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">La sortir du four, retirer les l\u00e9gumes secs et le papier sulfuris\u00e9 et verser ensuite la pr\u00e9paration \u00a0saumon \u00e9pinard.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner \u00e0 nouveau, cette fois pendant environ 30 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la surface soit dor\u00e9e selon votre go\u00fbt. Pour v\u00e9rifier la bonne cuisson, piquer avec un couteau, s\u2019il y a du liquide qui sort, enfourner quelques minutes plus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Sortir la quiche saumon \u00e9pinard du four et la laisser reposer quelques minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c7a y est.
