Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une sorte de <strong>hachis parmentier avec de la viande d\u2019agneau et des l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>. C\u2019est facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, m\u00eame si c\u2019est un peu long, mais c\u2019est d\u00e9licieux ! Sachez que pour les puristes, le shepherd\u2019s pie se fait toujours avec de l\u2019agneau. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 vite s\u00e9duits par une odeur qui inondait la rue. Ah oui, c\u2019\u00e9tait le <em><strong>shepherd\u2019s pie<\/strong><\/em>. On a tous reconnu l\u2019odeur tout de suite. Depuis ce voyage, j\u2019identifie toujours Dublin avec le parfum du <strong><em>shepherd\u2019s pie<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Voici la recette. Allez, op ! Ajouter les d\u00e9s de carotte et faire revenir 5 minutes de plus. Faire revenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit dor\u00e9e. N\u00e9anmoins, vu que c\u2019est un plat tr\u00e8s nourrissant pensez \u00e0 servir une <strong>entr\u00e9e l\u00e9g\u00e8re<\/strong>, comme une salade par exemple.<\/li>\n<li>(1) Pour faire le coulis de tomates, mixer 200 g de tomate en conserve (la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019une petite boite), puis les tamiser. On peut \u00e9galement utiliser des tomates fra\u00eeches ou le remplacer par 1 cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe de concentr\u00e9 de tomates.<\/li>\n<li>(2) Pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson des pommes de terre, <strong>les percer avec un couteau<\/strong>. Celui-ci doit rentrer et ressortir sans trop d\u2019effort.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez ajouter <strong>d\u2019autres l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>, comme des haricots verts pr\u00e9cuits ou du ma\u00efs doux en conserve.
