De plus, on a mang\u00e9 pas mal de viande ces derniers jours et il fallait consommer un peu de poisson pour le repas de ce midi. Eh bien, j\u2019ai ai profit\u00e9 pour faire mon <strong>saumon au whisky, thym et ail<\/strong>. Une recette facile et pr\u00eate en quelques minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire ces pav\u00e9s de <strong>saumon au whisky, thym et ail<\/strong> on va faire mariner le saumon dans du whisky la veille avec de l\u2019ail et quelques brins de thym, pour une cuisson au four le lendemain. J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 du whisky irlandais, mais un autre whisky \u00e7a fera aussi l&rsquo;affaire. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer les pav\u00e9s de saumon sur la grille du four et une plaque de cuisson en dessous pour pas salir le four.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Badigeonner la surface de chaque pav\u00e9 avec la marinade.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner pendant 6 minutes. \u00c0 mi-cuisson badigeonner \u00e0 nouveau de marinade.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Mettre le four en position grill, badigeonner encore une fois et faire dorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la surface des pav\u00e9s de saumon de 3 \u00e0 4 minutes, selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C\u2019est pr\u00eat ! Servir aussit\u00f4t. Sur l\u2019assiette, si souhait\u00e9, on peut badigeonner a nouveau de marinade.
