La version chocolat\u00e9e d\u2019un des desserts les plus classiques et faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Toute seule, cette cr\u00e8me est d\u00e9licieuse, je trouve que les saveurs du chocolat et du caramel se marient tr\u00e8s bien, mais accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un peu de cr\u00e8me Chantilly, je suis plus heureux des hommes. Comme point important: il faut faire attention que l\u2019eau ne bout pas dans le four, pour que le flan garde une texture lisse. (1)<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Repartir le caramel dans les moules<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><strong>Pr\u00e9parer l\u2019appareil \u00e0 cr\u00e8me caramel au chocolat :<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Fendre la gousse de vanille et gratter les graines<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une casserole, porter le lait \u00e0 \u00e9bullition avec la gousse de vanille et les graines.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Quand le lait bout, retirer la casserole du feu, placer le couvercle et laisser reposer 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">R\u00e9unir dans un saladier les oeufs et le sucre. Battre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange prenne une couleur jaune clair.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer la gousse de vanille du lait, ajouter le chocolat en morceaux et faire fondre. Faire chauffer le lait \u00e0 nouveau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter progressivement le lait chaud aux oeufs en remuant avec un fouet. (2)<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Passer le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 travers une passoire (facultatif)<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Avec une \u00e9cumoire ou simplement une cuill\u00e8re, retirer la mousse de la surface.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><strong>Cuisson au bain-marie :<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Disposer les moules dans un plat \u00e0 gratin.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Distribuer le m\u00e9lange aux \u0153ufs dans les moules.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer de l\u2019eau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Verser l\u2019eau bouillante dans le plat \u00e0 gratin jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 couvrir les moules \u00e0 moiti\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner 30 minutes environ \u00e0 mi-hauteur. Si l\u2019eau bout pendant la cuisson, baisser peu \u00e0 peu la temp\u00e9rature du four (3).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pour savoir si la cr\u00e8me caramel au chocolat est cuite, percer au centre avec un couteau. S\u2019il y a du liquide qui sort, poursuivez la cuisson quelques minutes de plus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Sortir du four et laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Quand ils peuvent \u00eatre manipul\u00e9s sans se br\u00fbler, s\u00e9cher les moules et les laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couvrir chaque cr\u00e8me de film plastique et garder au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 1 heure (4).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Au moment, servir, sortir la cr\u00e8me du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et la d\u00e9mouler. Pour cela, s\u00e9parer-les des parois du moule avec un couteau, placer une assiette sur la cr\u00e8me, retourner et donner quelques petits coups pour la faire sortir du moule.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Et voil\u00e0!
