C\u2019est vrai que chez mes parents on les mangeait assez souvent mais avec le temps je les avais oubli\u00e9es. Je parlais de \u00e7a avec une copine <strong>qui adore ce l\u00e9gume<\/strong>. \u00c7a m\u2019avait donn\u00e9 envie. C\u2019est facile mais il ne faut pas oublier d\u2019<strong>enlever les filaments<\/strong> des c\u00f4tes de blettes. Pour cela, il faut casser les c\u00f4tes et tirer les fils des 2 c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Remuer de temps en temps pour que l\u2019oignon ne br\u00fble pas. Faire cuire \u00e0 la vapeur pendant 10 minutes.
