Oui, l\u00e0-bas on trouve le <strong>cap de Trafalgar<\/strong>, l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 a eu lieu la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre bataille navale. Mis \u00e0 part le c\u00f4t\u00e9 historique, cette r\u00e9gion a une <strong>longue tradition de p\u00eache<\/strong> et une vaste <strong>tradition culinaire<\/strong> autour du poisson et des fruits de mer.<\/p>\n<p>En Espagne, on consid\u00e8re que dans cette r\u00e9gion on fait les meilleures <strong>tapas de fritures de poisson<\/strong> (dit le <em>pesca\u00edto frito<\/em>). N\u00e9anmoins, dans sa gastronomie on trouve beaucoup de plats plus \u00e9labor\u00e9s, comme des <strong>soupes<\/strong> ou d\u2019autres <strong>plats mijot\u00e9s<\/strong>. La plupart d\u2019entre eux sont des plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s anciennement par les marins, comme la recette de cet article, mais au cours du temps c\u2019est devenu des plats tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ce plat de <strong>thon aux oignons<\/strong> est un vrai d\u00e9lice et ne n\u00e9cessite pas beaucoup de temps. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s (tr\u00e8s) <strong>simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser<\/strong>. Faire revenir \u00e0 feu doux de 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les oignons soient bien tendres. Remuer fr\u00e9quemment pour \u00e9viter de faire br\u00fbler l\u2019oignon.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saupoudrer l\u2019origan et le paprika, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9.
