Je vais vous raconter un petit truc, le poulet teriyaki \u00e9tait l\u2019un des premiers plats japonais que j\u2019ai appris, j\u2019en \u00e9tais fier et je l\u2019ai racont\u00e9 \u00e0 tout le monde. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enlever la peau des hauts des cuisses de poulet et les d\u00e9sosser. Pour ce faire, il suffit de faire des incisions avec un couteau autour de l\u2019os.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper le poulet en morceaux de la taille d\u2019une bouch\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9plucher un morceau de gingembre et l\u2019\u00e9craser au mortier jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laver l\u2019oignon c\u00e9bette et le couper en fines rondelles. Garder la partie verte pour la d\u00e9coration des assiettes et la partie blanche pour faire la recette.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une grande po\u00eale, faire chauffer l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same \u00e0 feu moyen vif.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l\u2019huile est chaude, faire dorer les morceaux de poulet des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.
