Que m\u2019est-il arriv\u00e9? Ce matin, j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ce plat de <strong>morue \u00e0 la tomate<\/strong> pour le d\u00e9jeuner, j\u2019avais tr\u00e8s envie depuis quelques jours. Ni vu ni connu !<\/p>\n<p>La recette de <strong>morue \u00e0 la tomate<\/strong> que je vous pr\u00e9sente ici est ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. C\u2019est <strong>tr\u00e8s facile<\/strong>. Pour r\u00e9sumer, d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 on fait frire le poisson et de l\u2019autre on pr\u00e9pare une sauce tomate, pour finalement les faire cuire les deux ensemble. Cependant, il faut noter que ce plat a quelques variantes. Par exemple, on peut utiliser du cabillaud au lieu de la morue, on peut le pr\u00e9parer sans faire frire le poisson, on peut ajouter du poivron \u00e0 la sauce&#8230; N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 faire vous-m\u00eame ce dont vous avez envie. Ciseler-les le plus finement possible.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper les tomates en petits morceaux. Garder le jus de tomate dans la bo\u00eete.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer les 4 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon \u00e0 feu moyen doux environ 10 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit tendre et translucide. Remuer fr\u00e9quemment.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite, ajouter l&rsquo;ail et le piment de Cayenne. Remuer et le faire revenir de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de plus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saupoudrer de paprika et remuer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Incorporer les morceaux de tomate et le jus r\u00e9serv\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Assaisonner l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de sel et de poivre et ajouter les feuilles de laurier ainsi que le sucre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux environ 25 \u00e0 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><strong>Friture de la morue :<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9goutter les morceaux de morue et bien les s\u00e9cher avec du papier absorbant.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une assiette creuse, ajouter 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine et fariner les morceaux de morue.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire chauffer de l\u2019huile pour la friture dans une po\u00eale pas trop large.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l&rsquo;huile est chaude, faire dorer les morceaux de morue 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, en pla\u00e7ant, d&rsquo;abord, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau vers le haut. Dans ce cas, on le laisse cuire 10 minutes de plus dans la sauce tomate.<\/li>\n<li>On place la morue d&rsquo;abord c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau ver le haut pour qu\u2019elle garde sa forme lors de la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous voulez un plat bien \u00e9pic\u00e9, \u00e9crasez le piment de Cayenne. Je le laisse habituellement entier pour donner seulement une touche l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Pour faire la recette de la morue \u00e0 la tomate, on peut utiliser 1 kg de tomates fraiches \u00e0 la place de la conserve.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez ajouter \u00e0 la sauce tomate 1 poivron vert coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux que l\u2019on fera revenir en m\u00eame temps que l\u2019oignon. Idem pour 1 poivron rouge ou 1\/2 vert et 1\/2 rouge.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous aimez trouver dans la sauce tomate des petits morceaux d\u2019oignon ou d\u2019autres l\u00e9gumes, mixez les tomates au tout d\u00e9but.
