C\u2019est tr\u00e8s facile ! Le seul point \u00e0 surveiller est la cuisson des l\u00e9gumes qui doit se faire \u00e0 feu vif sans cesser de remuer. Remuer fr\u00e9quemment pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019elles br\u00fblent. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter 1 cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile au wok et faire dorer les morceaux de poulet. Faire sauter \u00e0 feu moyen vif sans cesser de remuer pendant \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 5 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres, mais pas trop cuits.
