R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans le bol du mixer ou d\u2019un robot culinaire, incorporer 10 noix de Saint-Jacques, les 3 \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et un peu de jus de citron.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saler et poivrer selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Mixer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper en petits morceaux le reste des noix de Saint-Jacques.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laver le persil et bien le s\u00e9cher. Hacher finement les feuilles.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la p\u00e2te aux Saint-Jacques, les noix coup\u00e9es en morceaux, l\u2019\u00e9chalote et le persil hach\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Go\u00fbter et rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Beurrer un moule \u00e0 cake.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer un rectangle de papier sulfuris\u00e9 coll\u00e9 au fond pour faciliter le d\u00e9moulage.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer le moule dans un plat \u00e0 gratin et le remplir \u00e0 mi-hauteur d\u2019eau bouillante.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur pendant 40 minutes (*). Couvrir le moule avec une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer le papier sulfuris\u00e9 et enfourner \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert 5 minutes de plus.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">V\u00e9rifier la cuisson de la <strong>terrine aux Saint-Jacques<\/strong> en per\u00e7ant au centre avec un couteau. La lame doit ressortir propre. Sinon, enfourner quelques minutes de plus et refaire le test.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser ti\u00e9dir dans le plat \u00e0 gratin pour ne pas se br\u00fbler.
