Bien que l\u2019on trouve pas mal de versions de cette tapas si populaires, dans cette recette je vous pr\u00e9sente les<strong> \u201c\u0153ufs cass\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb au chorizo<\/strong> (\u201chuevos rotos con chorizo\u00a0\u00bb), une version un peu plus \u00e9labor\u00e9e. En plus des frites, des \u0153ufs et du chorizo, j\u2019ajoute un m\u00e9lange d\u2019oignon et de poivron. Vous verrez, c\u2019est un r\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette recette, \u00a0le meilleur choix est d\u2019utiliser un chorizo frais. Couper en b\u00e2tonnets pour les frites.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une grande po\u00eale, faire chauffer 4 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">D\u00e8s que l\u2019huile est chaude, faire revenir l\u2019oignon et le poivron \u00e0 feu moyen doux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le chorizo en petits morceaux et faire revenir quelques minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Assaisonner l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et r\u00e9server \u00e0 chaud.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une grande po\u00eale ou dans la friteuse, faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile \u00e0 150\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l&rsquo;huile est chaude, faire frire les frites pendant 8 minutes. Une seule cuisson suffira, on cherche plut\u00f4t des frites moelleuses que croustillantes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9goutter et placer les frites sur du papier absorbant pour enlever l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dent d\u2019huile.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une autre po\u00eale, \u00e0 feu moyen faire chauffer un doigt d\u2019huile. D\u00e8s que l\u2019huile est chaude, faire faire cuire les \u0153ufs un par un. Attention de ne pas trop cuire les jaunes. Saler<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">l\u00e9g\u00e8rement\u00a0les \u0153ufs et les r\u00e9server \u00e9galement sur du papier absorbant.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une grande assiette, placer les frites et les saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Ensuite, r\u00e9partir sur les frites le m\u00e9lange d\u2019oignon, poivron et chorizo.
