Je les pr\u00e9f\u00e8re plut\u00f4t chauds, que crus, car c\u2019est beaucoup plus facile \u00e0 \u00e9plucher et leur saveur est meilleure. Ces jours-ci, il y avait de grosses quantit\u00e9s d\u2019amandes, de noix, de ch\u00e2taignes et de pignons de pin chez mes parents. C\u2019est l&rsquo;un des avantages de vivre dans un petit village, on ach\u00e8te jamais de fruits secs, on sort les cueillir, on les a dans le jardin ou le voisin nous en donne. Le mot n\u2019a aucun sens, et il est peu document\u00e9, \u00e0 ma connaissance, mais c\u2019est une tradition de certains villages de la r\u00e9gion espagnole de l\u2019Estr\u00e9madure. Le principe est presque le m\u00eame que la f\u00eate anglo-saxonne. De bonne heure le matin, mais pas d\u00e9guis\u00e9es, les enfants visitent les maisons des proches et des amis de leurs parents pour demander <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u00a0la cachit\u00eda\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Normalement, \u201cla cachit\u00eda\u00a0\u00bb est une grosse poign\u00e9e de fruits secs. Principalement des amandes, des noix et des ch\u00e2taignes. Parfois, on re\u00e7oit des bonbons et les grands-m\u00e8res nous donnent de l\u2019argent. Le village est petit, donc en moins de deux heures, on a fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait le tour, on partage le butin et l\u2019on rentre \u00e0 la maison. Enlever ceux qui semblent un peu moches ou trop secs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faire une incision sur chaque marron pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019ils explosent pendant \u00a0la cuisson. Il est important de veiller \u00e0 ce que la coupe soit suffisamment profonde pour couper la coque.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Placer les ch\u00e2taignes sur une plaque de cuisson au four sans qu\u2019ils se recouvrent les un sur les autres. <\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur pendant 30 minutes environ.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au milieu de la cuisson, remuer les marrons. Attention \u00e0 ne pas se br\u00fbler.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour v\u00e9rifier que les marrons sont cuits \u00e0 point, en prendre un et le presser pour voir s\u2019il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tendre. Effectuer cette op\u00e9ration avec une protection pour ne pas se br\u00fbler. Si n\u00e9cessaire, les faire cuire quelques minutes de plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laisser reposer un moment hors du four couvert avec un chiffon humide.
