Faire cuire au micro-ondes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit tendre. Cela peut prendre de 3 \u00e0 4 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9plucher la pomme de terre encore chaude. La tenir avec un linge propre pour ne pas se br\u00fbler. La peau devrait s\u2019enlever facilement avec les doigts ou \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un petit couteau.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faire une pur\u00e9e tr\u00e8s fine avec la pomme de terre \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un moulin \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes (ou \u00e9craser \u00e0 la fourchette ou presse-pur\u00e9e).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laver le citron et r\u00e2per le zeste. Faire attention \u00e0 ne pas r\u00e2per la partie blanche qui donnera un go\u00fbt amer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9langer le zeste avec le sucre, puis avec la pur\u00e9e de pomme de terre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incorporer peu \u00e0 peu les amandes en poudre et p\u00e9trir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit bien lisse.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Garder la p\u00e2te au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 3 heures environ, envelopp\u00e9e dans du film plastique.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Couvrir une plaque de cuisson avec du papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sur une surface saupoudr\u00e9e de sucre glace, rouler la p\u00e2te d\u2019amandes pour faire un tube d\u2019environ deux centim\u00e8tres de diam\u00e8tre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Former des cylindres d\u2019\u00e0-peu-pr\u00e8s le double du diam\u00e8tre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un par un, badigeonner chaque <em>panellet<\/em> d\u2019\u0153uf battu et ensuite le recouvrir d\u2019amandes concass\u00e9es.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Placer chaque <em>panellet<\/em> sur la plaque de cuisson sans qu\u2019ils se touchent les uns avec les autres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Badigeonner l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d\u2019\u0153uf battu la surface de chaque <em>panellet<\/em>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfourner pendant 5 \u00e0 6 minutes environ ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils prennent une jolie couleur dor\u00e9e.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et voil\u00e0, c\u2019est pr\u00eat !
