Elles sont joliment expos\u00e9es, on dirait un arc en ciel, avec une couleur diff\u00e9rente pour chaque type de marinade. Elles sont tr\u00e8s pratiques, c\u2019est vrai, mais je vous propose de voir un peu plus loin, de s\u2019\u00e9loigner du rayon des produits conditionn\u00e9s et d\u00e9mander au volailler des ailes nature. Je cherche \u00e0 vous faire connaitre, peut-\u00eatre, le plaisir de sortir du four vos propres <\/span><b>ailes de poulet r\u00f4ties \u00e0 la sauce barbecue. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec un go\u00fbt dix fois meilleur, \u00e7a n\u2019a rien a voir. Pour moi, quand je cuisine le poulet \u00e0 la maison, c\u2019est tr\u00e8s important d\u2019\u00eatre un peu m\u00e9ticuleux afin d\u2019enlever les restes de plumes. On peut les arracher avec une pince ou un petit chalumeau et voil\u00e0 un poulet tout propre. Ensuite, il nous reste qu\u2019\u00e0 les faire mariner et les enfourner. Mon conseil\u00a0: surveillez de pr\u00e8s la cuisson au four vers la fin pour obtenir des ailes juteuses avec une peau croustillante. Enlever les petites plumes en tirant avec une pince. \u00c9ventuellement, on peut les br\u00fbler avec un chalumeau ou sur le feu de la cuisini\u00e8re \u00e0 gaz.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diviser les ailes en trois morceaux en coupant au travers des articulations avec un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9. \u00c9carter les bouts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assaisonner le poulet avec du sel et du poivre selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer le poulet avec quelques cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de sauce barbecue.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Couvrir avec du film plastique et laisser mariner au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 1 heure ou toute la nuit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois le temps de la marinade pass\u00e9, pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00a0\u00b0C.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Placer les ailes de poulet dans un grand plat allant au four, les unes \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des autres sans les chevaucher.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur pendant 20 minutes environ. <\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 moiti\u00e9 de la cuisson, les badigeonner de sauce barbecue un peu avec un pinceau de cuisine. Puis, les retourner et badigeonner de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9galement. Poursuivre la cuisson.<\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour obtenir des ailes croustillantes, mettre le four en position grill pendant 3 ou 4 minutes, puis les retourner et faire dorer de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 encore 3 ou 4 minutes (*). <\/span><\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et voil\u00e0, c\u2019est pr\u00eat\u00a0!
