L\u2019avez vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 go\u00fbt\u00e9\u00a0? Saler et ajouter un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive (\u00e9ventuellement, badigeonner leur surface d\u2019huile avec un pinceau).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur pendant 30 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la surface soit un peu dor\u00e9e et la chair de l\u2019aubergine tendre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Sortir du four et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Vider la chair des aubergines \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re. Jeter la peau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9plucher la gousse d\u2019ail et la d\u00e9germer, pour cela la fendre en deux sur sa longueur et enlever la tige blanche ou verte \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur..<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laver le persil, le s\u00e9cher et le d\u00e9feuiller.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans le bol d\u2019un robot culinaire, placer la chair des aubergines, une demi-gousse d\u2019ail, la cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de <em>tahini<\/em>, un peu de jus de citron et les feuilles de persil. Saler\u00a0et poivrer selon votre go\u00fbt et ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de cumin moulu.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Mixer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une consistance bien lisse.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Go\u00fbter et rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement de sel, de poivre, de cumin, de persil et d\u2019ail selon vos envies. Mixer \u00e0 nouveau pour int\u00e9grer \u00e0 nouveau l\u2019assaisonnement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Et voil\u00e0, c\u2019est pr\u00eat\u00a0! Pour servir, ajouter un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive extra vierge, saupoudrer de paprika et \u00e9ventuellement d\u2019un peu plus de persil hach\u00e9.
