Sinon, laisser cuire quelques minutes de plus et refaire le test.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9goutter et laisser refroidir les pommes de terre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois froides, \u00e9plucher les pommes de terre \u00e0 laide d\u2019un petit couteau. La peau doit s\u2019enlever facilement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Tailler les pommes de terre en d\u00e9s d\u2019un centim\u00e8tre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laver les tomates et enlever leur p\u00e9doncule en faisant un cercle autour avec un couteau puis, les couper en d\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s la m\u00eame taille que les pommes de terre.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper \u00e9galement le jambon de Paris en d\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couper les cornichons en petits morceaux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laver le persil, bien le\u00a0s\u00e9cher et le d\u00e9feuiller.
