C\u2019est\u00a0en ouvrant le placard j\u2019ai rep\u00e9r\u00e9 une\u00a0bo\u00eete de poivrons de \u00ab\u00a0piquillo\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0qui m\u2019a tout de donn\u00e9e l\u2019id\u00e9e pour\u00a0cette recette. Je ne me suis pas tromp\u00e9. Cette sauce est \u00e0 tomber par terre\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Pour ceux qui ne les connaissent pas, les poivrons de \u00ab\u00a0piquillo\u00a0\u00bb sont un type de poivron assez souvent\u00a0utilis\u00e9 dans la cuisine espagnole. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s savoureux\u00a0! En Espagne, ils ont une appellation d\u2019origine prot\u00e9g\u00e9e. Traditionnellement, ils sont\u00a0cuits au four et vendus conditionn\u00e9s en bocaux ou en bo\u00eetes. En France, je les ai trouv\u00e9s facilement dans les rayons de produits espagnols et m\u00eame dans le rayon des conserves. Les pr\u00e9parations sont tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9es\u00a0: on peut les farcir, assez souvent avec de la morue, les servir avec de la viande en accompagnement, simplement grill\u00e9s \u00e0 la po\u00eale, ou comme je les ai utilis\u00e9s, pour faire une sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Voulez-vous savoir comment faire le <strong>porc\u00a0au poivron de \u00ab\u00a0piquillo\u00a0\u00bb et confit d\u2019oignon<\/strong>\u00a0? R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Saler et poivrer les c\u00f4tes de porc des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une grande po\u00eale, faire chauffer 4 cuiller\u00e9es d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">D\u00e8s que l\u2019huile est chaude, faire dorer les c\u00f4tes de porc des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer les c\u00f4tes de porc et les garder au chaud. Il suffit, par exemple, de les placer dans une assiette creuse et les couvrir avec une autre assiette \u00e0 l\u2019envers.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans la m\u00eame huile, incorporer les poivrons de \u00ab\u00a0piquillo\u00a0\u00bb et les faire revenir de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes en remuant de temps en temps.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le confit d\u2019oignon et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Verser le vin blanc et laisser cuire quelques minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019alcool soit \u00e9vapor\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Incorporer les deux cuiller\u00e9es a soupe de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.
