R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Bien laver les aubergines, enlever leurs extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s\u00a0et les couper en rondelles.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Disposer les rondelles sur une plaque de cuisson. Saler des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser\u00a0d\u00e9gorger les aubergines pendant\u00a0une demi-heure.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Rincer les rondelles \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide et bien les s\u00e9cher.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\u00c9plucher les oignons et les\u00a0\u00e9mincer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une grande po\u00eale, faire chauffer 2 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l\u2019huile est chaude, ajouter l\u2019oignon et faire revenir \u00e0 feu moyen doux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit tendre et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement translucide.
