Cette recette date de la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 du XXe si\u00e8cle, elle est le quotidien de beaucoup d\u2019Espagnols. Il s\u2019agit tout simplement d\u2019une sauce tomate enrichie avec des tranches de chorizo. \u00c7a semble facile, n\u2019est-ce pas ? Remuer fr\u00e9quemment pour \u00e9viter que l\u2019oignon br\u00fble.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pendant que l\u2019oignon cuit, laver les tomates, enlever leur p\u00e9doncule, les couper en morceaux et les broyer au mixer. Sinon on peut tout simplement les couper en deux et les r\u00e2per avec la lame fine.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Tamiser le coulis de tomate pour enlever les \u00e9ventuels restes de peaux et les p\u00e9pins.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Quand l\u2019oignon est tendre, ajouter l\u2019ail, m\u00e9langer et faire revenir encore 2 minutes de plus. Remuer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite, ajouter les tomates tamis\u00e9es dans la po\u00eale ainsi que la feuille de laurier et une pinc\u00e9e de sucre (**).<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Remuer et laisser r\u00e9duire les tomates environ 30 minutes \u00e0 feu doux.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Apr\u00e8s 20 minutes, rajouter les rondelles de chorizo \u200b\u200bsaut\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Assaisonner selon votre go\u00fbt avec du sel, du poivre et de l\u2019origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9. Go\u00fbter et rectifier si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser r\u00e9duire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9paississement de la tomate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faites <strong>cuire les p\u00e2tes<\/strong> :\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Remplir une grande casserole avec 4 litres d\u2019eau.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer la casserole \u00e0 feu vif et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 couvert.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Lorsque l\u2019eau bout, ajoutez 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sel. Remuer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Attendre que l\u2019eau revienne \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et ajouter les <em>penne<\/em>. Remuer.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">D\u00e8s la reprise de l\u2019\u00e9bullition, faire cuire \u00e0 feu moyen \u00e9lev\u00e9 les p\u00e2tes le temps indiqu\u00e9 sur l\u2019emballage pour le point \u00ab\u00a0<em>al dente<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Une fois les <em>penne<\/em> cuits, les m\u00e9langer avec la sauce tomate au chorizo.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Et voil\u00e0, c\u2019est pr\u00eat ! Servir les <em>penne<\/em> au chorizo imm\u00e9diatement saupoudr\u00e9s d\u2019un peu d\u2019origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9 pour d\u00e9corer.
