C\u2019est l\u2019un des produits embl\u00e9matiques de la r\u00e9gion en Espagne o\u00f9 j\u2019ai grandi. J\u2019aime bien la versatilit\u00e9 de cette viande, qui se pr\u00eate tr\u00e8s bien \u00e0 \u00eatre cuite au four, \u00e0 la plancha, ou mijot\u00e9e et combin\u00e9e avec des sauces sucr\u00e9es, comme le <strong>porc aux pommes<\/strong>, la recette de ce billet.<\/p>\n<h2>Voulez-vous savoir comment faire le <strong>porc aux pommes<\/strong> ?<\/h2>\n<p>J\u2019ai connu ce plat\u00a0lors de\u00a0l\u2019un de mes voyages en Angleterre, il para\u00eet que cette association de saveurs est tr\u00e8s commune l\u00e0-bas (si je me trompe, merci de me le dire !). D\u00e8s que j\u2019ai go\u00fbt\u00e9 le <strong>porc aux pommes,<\/strong>\u00a0j\u2019ai tout de suite beaucoup aim\u00e9\u00a0la combinaison du\u00a0porc, des pommes et de la cannelle. C\u2019est pour\u00a0cela qu\u2019il est parmi les nombreux plats que j\u2019ai incorpor\u00e9s dans mon carnet de recettes, et donc il\u00a0m\u00e9rite sa place sur le blog. Voici la recette.
