Incorporer aussi la gousse vide et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">D\u00e8s que le lait bout, arr\u00eater le feu, placer un couvercle et laisser infuser une bonne\u00a0dizaine de minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pendant ce temps, s\u00e9parer les jaunes des blancs.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer les jaunes dans un bol et garder les blancs.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Fouetter les jaunes avec le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un cr\u00e8me lisse et jaune tr\u00e8s p\u00e2le.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enlever la gousse de vanille et verser petit\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0petit le lait en m\u00e9langeant doucement\u00a0dans le bol avec les jaunes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Replacer la cr\u00e8me dans la casserole. On passe la pr\u00e9paration\u00a0\u00e0 travers\u00a0une passoire fine pour enlever les \u00e9ventuels morceaux d\u2019\u0153uf caill\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placer la casserole \u00e0 feu moyen doux et faire cuire en remuant avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois ou spatule jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me anglaise acqui\u00e8re la consistance d\u00e9sir\u00e9e.\n<ol>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Si vous avez un thermom\u00e8tre de cuisine, on peut\u00a0arr\u00eater le feu d\u00e8s que la\u00a0temp\u00e9rature arrive \u00e0 85 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Sinon, on peut faire de temps en temps une raie sur la spatule avec le doigt. Si le trait\u00a0ne s\u2019efface pas, la cr\u00e8me anglaise est cuite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Mettre la casserole dans un grand bol d\u2019eau glac\u00e9e pour la refroidir rapidement.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Mettre au frais dans un bol quelques heures jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me\u00a0soit bien froide.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C\u2019est pr\u00eat.
