Dans cette recette, je vous pr\u00e9sente\u00a0le <strong>riz pilaf au\u00a0citron<\/strong>, une garniture tr\u00e8s aromatique avec la touche de fra\u00eecheur qu\u2019apporte le\u00a0citron. C\u2019est id\u00e9al pour les poissons grill\u00e9s par exemple, bien qu\u2019il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 \u00e9galement pour la viande ou la volaille.<\/p>\n<p>Le riz pilaf (ou pilaw) est une fa\u00e7on\u00a0de pr\u00e9parer\u00a0le riz largement utilis\u00e9 dans la cuisine indienne. La recette de base se caract\u00e9rise par l\u2019utilisation du riz type basmati que l\u2019on fait\u00a0dorer un peu dans de l\u2019huile ou du ghee, puis on le fait\u00a0cuire dans un bouillon avec des \u00e9pices. N\u00e9anmoins, il admet de nombreuses variantes. R\u00e9server un peu de zeste pour la d\u00e9coration finale, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faire revenir un peu\u00a0jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le riz\u00a0soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement transparent.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajouter le bouillon et assaisonner avec du\u00a0sel selon votre\u00a0go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen doux pendant 15 minutes. Go\u00fbter le riz\u00a0pr\u00e8s de la fin de la cuisson, prolonger la cuisson le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ensuite,\u00a0laisser reposer le riz hors du feu pendant 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Retirer la cardamome, la cannelle, le laurier et l\u2019ail.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Enfin, presser le jus de citron et arroser le riz.
