R\u00e9server quelques fraises pour la garniture.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Passer le tout au mixer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une soupe bien fine. V\u00e9rifier l\u2019assaisonnement de sel, d\u2019huile et de vinaigre et rectifier si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Tamiser le gaspacho aux fraises en utilisant une passoire fine ou un moulin \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">R\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 1 heure avant de servir pour bien le refroidir.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">C\u2019est pr\u00eat.
